Pratt Institute Annual Fashion Show

Last Thursday, seventeen talented Pratt Institute graduates showcased their designs at Pratt Institute’s Annual Fashion Show and Cocktail Benefit. From electrifying garments that literally lit up to springtime infused garments in pastel shades- the talent and creativity displayed on the runway were astonishing.

But it was graduate student Kelsey Carleen Parkhouse’s impressive collection that earned her the first-ever Liz Claiborne Concept to Product Award and a $25,000 prize.

Also there to support fashion’s future designers were industry titans like Fern Mallis, who was presented with the Pratt Institute Fashion Industry Lifetime Achievement Award, Calvin Klein, and Hamish Bowles, International Editor at Large for Vogue.

We expect you’ll be seeing much more from some of these gifted designers in the near future- but don’t take our word for it. Take a peek at these amazing collections and more at Guestofaguest.com.
