You can do crunches until you’re blue in the face, but if you want to tone abs fast, you’ll need to make adjustments in the kitchen. Ditch simple carbs (refined sugar, white bread, flour, rice, pastries, soda and fruit juice) and crank up the cardio to blast fat fast. Stay full longer and curb cravings by increasing your protein intake. Last but not least, keep it clean! If it was made in a lab, processed, or you can’t pronounce the list of ingredients, don’t eat it!

Want sexy stems? Don’t be afraid to get down and dirty in the weight room. Squats, lunges, deadlifts, and plyometrics help tone legs and define your tush while smoothing cellulite. Top off resistance training with moderate to high intensity cardio and you’ll be turning heads in no time!
